Our love for our neighbours is the measure of our love for God. As Christians, we are called to a higher calling of love – to love unconditionally and selflessly.

Cintakasih kepada sesama merupakan ukuran kasih kita kepada Tuhan. Sebagai orang-orang Kristian, kita dipanggil kepada tingkat Cintakasih yang lebih tinggi- mengasihi tanpa batas dan melupakan diri sendiri.
Apakah yg boleh saya lakukan hari ini untuk mengubah Cintakasih kepada tindakan yang lebih konkrit?

Luke 11:14-23
“Who am I to judge?”
In this time of Lent, let us honestly examine our hearts and confront envy or hatred we have within us. Let us learn to be merciful towards others. Who are we to judge if we too have our limitations and are in need of God’s love and mercy?
Is there someone in my life whom I am struggling with?

Pada masa Prapaska ini, marilah dengan jujur memeriksa hati kita dan berani berhadapan dengan kebencian dan iri hati yang ada dalam peribadi kita. Marilah kita belajar menunjukkan belas kasihan kepada orang lain. Siapakah kita untuk menghakimi kerana kita juga mempunyai kelemahan dan memerlukan cintakasih serta belas kasihan Tuhan?
Adakah saya sedang berjuang berhadapan dengan seseorang dalam hidup seharian saya?

Matthew 5:17-19
“Love as the absolute imperative”
Jesus came to fulfil the laws by presenting love as the fundamental and decisive commandment. In order to put love into practice, we need to enter into a personal relationship with Jesus. The more we know and love Jesus and follow Him closely, then we truly be open to love others.
How can I be more humble in my prayer life and allow Jesus to give me an open heart?

Yesus datang untuk memenuhi undang-undang dengan menunjukkan bahawa Cintakasih merupakan asas HUKUM. Bagi mengubah KASIH kepada amalan, kita perlu mempunyai relasi peribadi dengan Yesus. Semakin kita mengetahui dan mengasihi Yesus serta mengikuti Dia, kita akan semakin terbuka untuk mengasihi orang lain.
Bagaimana saya harus menghidupi hukum cintakasih dalam kehidupan harian saya?

“Forgive from your heart”
Forgiveness is a decision, not an emotion. Once we decide to forgive, we free ourselves of carrying the heavy burden of bitterness and self-pity. Let us ask for God’s grace to forgive not seven but seventy-seven times.
Is there someone whom I struggle to forgive?

Pengampunan adalah keputusan, bukannya emosi. Apabila kita membuat keputusan untuk mengampuni, kita membebaskan diri kita daripada memikul beban kepahitan dan kasihan kepada diri sendiri. Marilah kita memohon rahmat Tuhan untuk mengampuni bukan hanya tujuh kali tetapi tujuh puluh kali tujuh kali.
Adakah saya sedang berjuang untuk mengampuni seseorang ?
